Biography

Ruchdi Maalouf has a deep experience of the legal, technical and commercial dimensions of the natural resources, energy, commodities and infrastructure industries, enabling him to provide comprehensive, informed, and balanced judgement in dispute resolution matters. He is currently involved in several arbitrations in Europe and the Middle-East in construction, gas and general commercial matters.


Ruchdi accepts appointments as arbitrator, tribunal secretary and in LNG expert determinations. He is a member of the LCIA, a supporting member of the LMAA, and is included in the panels of ICC France, ICC Lebanon, DIAC, ArbitrateAD, SIAC, and BICAM.
